Gamma Linolenic Acid  is a fatty acid found primarily in seed oils. When acting on GLA, arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase produces no leukotrienes and the conversion by the enzyme of arachidonic acid to leukotrienes is inhibited. It is an omega-6 fatty acid, which the body can convert to substances that reduce inflammation and cell growth.
Vitamin D3 helps to protect and treat osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and reduces demyelination and treats painful diabetic neuropathy.
Methylcobalamin is used for the treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is very important for the brain and nerves and for the production of red blood cells.
It functions by making a substance called myelin, which covers nerve fibers and protects them. The myelin sheath does not develop properly or remain healthy without adequate methylcobalamin. It is a derivative of vitamin B12, is used to treat peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis as a preliminary therapy.
