How it works
Benfotiamine, which is a lipid-soluble and most effective metabolic precursor of thiamine (vit. B1). Oral administration of benfotiamine raises thiamine levels in blood and tissues to a much higher degree than the water-soluble salts.
Mecobalamin is the active form of vitamin B 12 i.e. cyanocobalamin which is used to prevent or treat disorders arising from the deficiency of vitamin B12, such as Neuropathy. As compared with cyanocobalamin, Mecobalamin has faster onset of action in repair / regeneration of damaged neurons, particularly the myelin sheath.
