How it works
Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug having anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, amnestic, sedative and hypnotic properties.
Paroxetine is an antidepressant drug of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Paroxetine is used to treat major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and vasomotor symptoms (e.g. hot flashes and night sweats) associated with menopause in adult outpatients.

Side Effects
Somnolence, insomnia, headache, dizziness; decreased libido; nausea, xerostomia, constipation, diarrhoea; ejaculatory disturbances; weakness, tremor, diaphoresis; vasodilation, chest pain, palpitation, hypertension, tachycardia, nervousness, anxiety , agitation, abnormal dreams, impaired concentration, yawning, depersonalisation, amnesia, emotional lability, vertigo, confusion, chills; rash, pruritus; orgasmic disturbance, dysmenorrhoea; anorexia, decreased appetite, dyspepsia, flatulence, abdominal pain, appetite increased, vomiting, taste perversion, weight gain.
Contraindication
Patient with acute angle closure glaucoma, acute pulmonary insufficiency, severe respiratory insufficiency, myasthenia gravis, sleep apnoea syndrome
