How it works
Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist used for the treatment of high blood pressure & Metoprolol is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure.

Dosage
1 tab. O.D
Side Effects
Olmesartan:
Dizziness, itching, skin rash, difficulty in breathing or swallowing.
Metoprolol:
Tiredness, dizziness, diarrhea, constipation, breathing problems such as shortness of breath, cough, and wheezing, bradycardia (heart rate that’s slower than normal)
Contraindication
Patients who are hypersensitive to this drug or to any ingredient in the formulation.
Concomitant use of angiotensin receptor antagonists (ARBs) including olmesartan with aliskiren-containing drugs in patients with diabetes mellitus (type 1 or type 2) or moderate to severe renal impairment (GFR <60mL/min/1.73 m2)
