Dosage
Squeeze Fernblok Blu 50 out on palm then apply all of the skin that will be exposed to the sun. This includes often neglected areas like back, ears, behind knees and legs. One can reapply the same after 8 hrz or after 30 min. of continuous exposure to harsh sun.
