How it works

Doxofylline: It is a xanthine molecule having both Bronchodilator and Anti-inflammatory activity with an improved therapeutic window over conventional xanthines such as theophylline receptors, which may account for its better safety profile.
Ambroxol: It is a Mucolytic Agent that lowers the phlegm (mucus/sputum) viscosity and improves the mucociliary clearance mechanism of the respiratory tract. It stimulates synthesis and release of an Anti – Glue factor thus reduces the adhesion of mucus to the bronchial wall, improves its transport and provides protection against infection and irritating agents.
Montelukast :Belongs to Leukotriene Antagonist family. It work by blocking the production & action of Leukotriens. Thus reduces inflammation & nasal congestion.
